Anthony Ramsden-Geary - Director
Anthony is responsible for Business Development and Corporate Communications for the group. Anthony has 15 years of direct planning experience gained from both Local Authorities and the Private Sector. Anthony specialises in large mixed use developments and hotels in these fields he is nationally recognised as an expert. Anthony has been involved in most of the larger hotel projects in the south for national PLC Hotel Operators. In addition his regular clients include Barratt PLC, David Wilson Homes, The Meyrick Estate, The Grosvenor Estate and the NHS.

Daniel Wilden BSc (Hons) MSc (Dist) - Associate Planning Director
Daniel has an in depth knowledge of the planning system having worked in private practice and more recently as a Senior Planner for a National Retirement provider. Whilst with that firm he gained considerable knowledge of the Public Enquiry Appeal System and has been involved in more than ten enquiries over the last 18 months. Daniel is a former winner of the RTPI Best Student of the year whilst he was at Reading University.

Matthew Annen BSc (Hons) C.PLAN - Associate Planning Director
Matthew gained his degree and masters in planning at Cardiff University. Matthew has particular strengths in urban design and regeneration. He is known for his excellent communication and negotiating skills which often result in approvals being gained.

Anthony (Tony) Huggett MRTPI - Senior Planning Consultant
Tony has over thirty years of experience in local government. Prior to joining Planning Solutions Tony was a team leader at the New Forest National Park and previously a team leader at New Forest District Council. Tony's wealth of experience and particular knowledge of DC and planning law is first class.

Brian Twigg MRTPI – Senior Planning Consultant
 Brian is a former Head of Development at a local authority with over 38 years of experience. His no nonsense ‘can do’ approach in addition to his excellent communication skills enable him to be a valued problem solver.

Colin Tebb (BA Hons) MRTPI – Senior Planning Consultant
Colin has worked previously at both Local Authority level and also in private practice. His experience is invaluable having worked on both residential and commercial schemes.

Iain Coates – Associate Director Land
Iain previously worked for a large firm of estate agents managing land and new homes sales for Dorset, Hampshire & Wiltshire. An excellent communicator with a natural talent for selling and acquiring land.

Carlie O’Neill – Associate Director Communications
Carlie is responsible for day-to-day communications with clients and all types of media. In addition Carlie manages neighbour participation and community involvement for all planning applications.

Daniel Hay – Planning Consultant
Daniel has recently joined the firm as a planning consultant having studied City & Regional Planning at Cardiff University.

Neil McKeon BA Hons, MSc (geographical analysis), MSc (regional & urban planning) – Planning Consultant
Neil joins our firm after graduating in Ireland and working initially for a firm of planning consultants and a major bank in Ireland.

David Ramsden - Political Consultant
David has a lifetime of experience in political lobbying at local and national level. He is particularly well known for his successful campaign on Sunday Trading and IR 35 (inland revenue). On a national level David has cross party contacts with MP's and Peers to enable your firms message to be heard.
