Paul Stack  MRTPI - Head of Planning and Enforcement Team
Paul has over 20 years experience in local government. Prior to joining Planning Solutions Paul was head of enforcement and appeals at the Isle of Wight and covered half the Island for development control. Paul's straight talking, no nonsense approach coupled with over two decades of experience translates to excellent advice for clients.


Don Wark FRTPI, RIBA - Planning Consultant
Don has a lifetime of experience and prior to taking early retirement was head of planning for many years at Southampton City Council before being promoted to Director of Planning, Transport and Housing for the City.

Anthony (Tony) Huggett MRTPI - Planning Consultant
Tony has over thirty years of experience in local government. Prior to joining Planning Solutions Tony was a team leader at the New Forest National Park and previously a team leader at New Forest District Council. Tony's wealth of experience and particular knowledge of DC and planning law is first class.

Daniel Wilden BSc (Hons) MSc (Dist) - Planning Consultant
Daniel has an in depth knowledge of the planning system having worked in private practice and more recently as a Senior Planner for a National Retirement provider. Whilst with that firm he gained considerable knowledge of the Public Enquiry Appeal System and has been involved in more than ten enquiries over the last 18 months.

Daniel is a former winner of the RTPI Best Student of the year whilst he was at Reading University.

Matthew Annen BSc (Hons) C.PLAN - Planning Consultant
Matthew recently gained his degree in planning at Cardiff University and is currently finishing his masters. Matthew has particular strengths in urban design and regeneration.

Chris Wardrop - Land Consultant
Chris has decades of experience with Plc house builders in the acquisition of land including bringing forward land to be included for housing allocation.

Harriet Ramsden - Principal and Director
Harriet is responsible for the day to day management of the business. Harriet also co-ordinates all HR activities with the company.

David Ramsden - Political Consultant
David has a lifetime of experience in political lobbying at local and national level. He is particularly well known for his successful campaign on Sunday Trading and IR 35 (inland revenue). On a national level David has cross party contacts with MP's and Peers to enable your firms message to be heard.
